I work with memoir, fictionalized memoir, personal profiles, personal essays, travel writing, true crime, WWII nonfiction and historical fiction, mystery, adventure, crime.

Project Fees and Turnaround Time

Editing fees depend on the complexity and length of your project, as well as the type of editing you are requesting. I will provide you with a project proposal once I have seen your manuscript and we have discussed relevant specifics.

I ask for a 50 percent deposit to begin work on your project. The remaining is due at the completion of the project and before I return your edited work.

The Editorial Freelancers Association has a chart of average fee structures within the editing field.

Turnaround time depends on the specifics of your project, as well as what I already have scheduled. It's best to contact me so we can discuss your needs.
